The Digital Age Tortoise

The Digital Age Tortoise is the philosophy of FPT Software’s Computer Talents Club. Everything online moves fast; the tortoise is a reminder that understanding usually doesn’t. It stands for four habits I try to keep.

• PatienceStaying with a hard problem before looking at someone else’s method.
• Independent reasoningAttempting a problem on my own first, the change that shaped my IMOCSEA preparation.
• ReflectionRecording approaches that failed and comparing strategies after trying.
• Steady improvementNational Round Bronze, then International Round Silver.

Psst: the turtle on the homepage is shy, the five dots like attention, a few searches lead somewhere unexpected (try a name), and the keyboard hides one more.
